Can atheists be saved? A lot of people think so. We live in a pluralistic society that is very indifferent towards religion. Most today think practically everyone (except perhaps Hitler) is on a rocket ship to Heaven.

This “universalism” regarding salvation would also include atheists. Many think that if an atheist is a “good person” they too can attain eternal life.

However, this claim is theologically ignorant and in this episode of Spiritual Combat, we’ll talk about man’s natural knowledge of God, the necessity of faith for salvation, and why it is impossible for someone who dies as an atheist to be saved.
